This policy applies to all servers used by KIVO BPO for the delivery of services.
Servers must be secured as follows:

Servers must be located in a secure, access-controlled environment to prevent unauthorized physical access.
b. Access Control
Access to servers must be restricted to authorized personnel only, using strong passwords, multi-factor authentication, and access control lists.
Servers must be hardened to minimize the risk of attack, including removing unnecessary software and services, applying security patches and updates, and configuring firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
Servers must be monitored for unusual activity and security incidents, using automated tools and manual reviews.
e. Backup and Recovery
Servers must be regularly backed up and tested to ensure the availability of our systems and data in the event of a failure or disaster.
Backups must be retained for a sufficient period of time to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
g. Incident Response
We will maintain an incident response plan to respond to security incidents that may occur on our servers and minimize their impact on our systems and data.
Any employee found to have violated this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
This policy will be reviewed and updated as necessary to ensure that it remains effective and aligned with KIVO BPO’s data protection objectives and controls.
