The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for conducting vulnerability scans to identify potential security vulnerabilities in KIVO BPO’s systems and data.
This policy applies to all systems and data used by KIVO BPO.
Vulnerability scans must be conducted as follows:
We will conduct vulnerability scans at least quarterly to identify potential security vulnerabilities in our systems and data.
We will use industry-standard tools and techniques to conduct vulnerability scans.
c. Scanning Scope
We will scan all systems and data used by KIVO BPO, including internal and external systems and third-party vendor systems that have access to our systems and data.
We will generate and review reports on the results of vulnerability scans and take appropriate action to address identified vulnerabilities.
We will prioritize and address identified vulnerabilities based on their severity and the risk they pose to our systems and data.
We will retest systems and data that have been remediated to ensure that identified vulnerabilities have been properly addressed.
Any employee found to have violated this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
This policy will be reviewed and updated as necessary to ensure that it remains effective and aligned with KIVO BPO’s data protection objectives and controls.
